The business is located in a densely populated area, surrounded by educational institutions, offices and apartment buildings and operates all day, from morning until 9:00 pm 7 days a week. The work is organized in two shifts – morning and afternoon. It operates year-round (no seasonality).

The cafeteria offers sit-in, take-away and delivery, with delivery business accounting for almost 50% of the Turnover (the business owns 4 delivery motor-bikes). 

The decoration and design is casual. In addition to the seating and coffee-bar area, the ground floor has two storage rooms and toilets for the handicapped. In front of the shop there is a good size terrace, covered with a retractable aluminium canopy and with transparent side-curtains. It is equipped with wood decking and gas heating for the winter. There is also easy and free parking on the street for clients. Upstairs there is a storage room, an office room with a bed, staff and client toilets. There is air-conditioning and fans throughout, as well as sound system.

The new owner does not need to be experienced in the cafeteria business, training & support will be provided by the seller.
